Miles has strong skills in developing and auditing environmental and water management systems and plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, review and analysis of data and information, development of documentation, and research management. He has worked in business, government, and not-for-profit sectors over the last 30 years and has strong networks in, the agriculture, environment and water management fields.
Miles' consulting roles have focused on Management Systems, Management Plans, auditing, and water efficiency.
Miles has Bachelor Degrees in Science (Botany), Agricultural Science with first-class Honours (Plant and Soil Sciences), and Environmental Impact Assessment, and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Plant Science). He is also an Exemplar Global accredited Lead Environmental Auditor and Waterwise Water Auditor.
Away from work, Miles is passionate about sustainable living, sports, and nature. He has participated in the Board / Management Committee for many NGOs involved in sustainable and bicycle transport, sustainable living, and triathlon.
